We have established this free site for educational purposes to meet the needs of lecturers and students of Australian corporate law. It is designed to supplement our textbook, Understanding Company Law.
This website contains a comprehensive collection of publicly accessible internet resources that are categorised on a topic by topic basis and organised in a user friendly way. The site contains the following features that will assist lecturers and students in several ways:

The Resources page contains all the internet resources referred to in Understanding Company Law on a Chapter by Chapter basis. Pathways is the navigational tool that organises a large number of available corporate law internet resources. It contains topic by topic deep links to legislation and cases, explanatory memoranda, articles, law reform reports, speeches, ASIC and Treasury websites.

Law Reform. This page has links to many law reform reports issued by CAMAC/CASAC, Parliamentary Joint Committee on Corporations and Financial Services, ASIC and other bodies. Many of these Reports have formed the basis of amendments to the Corporations Act.
